Remaining true to her roots

Proud daughter of legendary chef and famed restaurateur Tomaso Maggiore, Maggiore Meyer grew up immersed in Italian culinary traditions and honed her skills through years of launching successful dining concepts in both California and Arizona, including La Bruschetta in La Jolla, Zibibbo Italian Bistro in Encinitas, Tommy V’s Urban Kitchen in Carlsbad and The Italian Daughter in North Scottsdale. Patricia’s Pizza continues her family’s legacy, offering thoughtfully crafted dishes made with the freshest ingredients and time-honored recipes.

“Patrcia’s Pizza is deeply personal to me. It’s a tribute to my mother and father, who built an incredible legacy for our family here in the Valley,” says Maggiore Meyer. “Every dish we serve is made with the same love and authenticity that started with my family’s first restaurant more than 50 years ago.”

In addition to Patricia’s Pizza, Maggiore Meyer’s restaurant portfolio includes La Bruschetta in La Jolla, Zibibbo Italian Bistro in Encinitas, Tommy V’s Urban Kitchen in Carlsbad and The Italian Daughter in North Scottsdale

Much to amore about Patricia’s Pizza menu

The menu features a curated selection of hand-crafted Neapolitan and Sicilian square pizzas, fresh salads, classic Italian sandwiches, and traditional dishes like Mom’s Baked Manicotti or the Signature Lasagna, inspired by her family’s recipes. Many ingredients, including the flour each pizza is made with, are imported directly from Italy. Each item reflects the same passion and quality that have defined the Maggiore family’s restaurants for decades.

Family tributes in a modern, but cozy atmosphere

Located in the Summit at Scottsdale, Patricia’s Pizza features a 3,000-square-foot interior, a 500-square-foot outdoor patio, and a seamless indoor-outdoor bar. At the heart of the space is a striking blue brick pizza oven, surrounded by warm touches like family photos that line the walls.

Maggiore Meyer’s deep commitment to culinary excellence has earned her national recognition, including a 2024 honor from the National Italian American Foundation for her contributions to Italian cuisine in America.

Patricia’s Pizza is now open for dine-in, takeout, and online ordering. To learn more, visit patriciaspizzaaz.com.
