COURSE brings its artistry to the bar

This special collaboration puts beverage artistry in the spotlight as COURSE’s mixologist Justin Chard and General Manager David Sanders take over the Antidote bar. Expect cocktails that are bold, imaginative, and story-driven, designed to dazzle both visually and on the palate.

Creative cocktails with a twist

Signature creations for the evening include:

  • The Anecdotal Old Fashioned – Bulleit Bourbon, house sarsaparilla syrup, nopal cactus and a palo santo-smoked finish
  • My Dad in 1985 – Don Julio, purple cabbage, sweet corn, serrano, parsley and cumin
  • Tommy’s Flourish – Bulleit Rye, ginger syrup, Giffard gomme, lemon juice and claret float
