The Phoenician kicks off the cool weather season with the second-annual Phoenician Fall Fest on Friday, November 14, from 6 to 10 p.m. The lively outdoor autumn evening includes country music, line dancing, food and cocktails from Tequila Corrido set amidst the backdrop of the historic Jokake Inn. A portion of proceeds from the fun-filled event will be donated to Home Fur Good, a local no-kill animal shelter.

Evening lineup: Games, activities and one-of-a-kind experiences

A DJ gets the party started at 6 p.m., followed by line dancing lessons at 7 p.m. A country concert by national touring sensation The Kruse Brothers follows from 8:30 to 10 p.m. After the fest, the celebration continues with an afterparty at the Thirsty Camel Lounge and Patio from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.

The event features a mechanical bull, lawn games like Roller Roper, Bow & Arrow Bonanza and Cowboy Ring Toss, plus photo ops with a Beer Burro. Guests can commemorate the evening with a custom caricature drawing or a hat from the Rancher Hat Bar, both available for purchase.
