Valley Italian favorites
The family-friendly festival will feature more than a dozen food vendors, including local fan favorites Pomo Pizzeria, Mamma Lucy, Aroma Culinary and Marcellino Ristorante. Festival attendees can purchase Italian goods from merchant vendors, including clothing, jewelry, artwork and cooking goods to bring home.
“La Strada del Vino means, ‘the street of wine,’” says Mickey Rao, president Italian Association. “We’re delighted to bring over 30-plus wines from different regions of Italy with even more new vendors and entertainment to this year’s festival.”
Serenades from the stage
The event will have a main stage with live music from Ripalta Bufo (a soprano from Italy), A Ziarella Folk Group (from Campania, Italy), the Steve Ansel band, and a duet from violinist Suzanne Lansford and pianist Nicole Pesce. Street performers will provide entertainment throughout the festival.
For the first time, The Italian Association is offering an exclusive V.I.P. pre-sale package for a limited time where attendants can access the festival and get a personal Italian Association wine glass and seven wine-tasting tickets for $39. After the pre-sale ends, the V.I.P. package will be $65 with five wine-tasting tickets. General admission tickets are also on pre-sale for $15 online and will be $25 at the door. Tickets are sold online and at the door.
