New dining and retail arrivals bring fresh energy to Westminster’s Orchard Town Center

The Orchard Town Center (OTC), Westminster’s vibrant outdoor lifestyle destination, is expanding its tenant lineup with the addition of new dining, retail and service concepts. Co-owned by TriGate Capital and Vestar, with management and leasing by Vestar, the center is welcoming a range of highly anticipated brands, including P.F. Chang’s, Men’s Wearhouse, Texas de Brazil, MINISO, CHICHA San Chen, goGLOW, Facial Aesthetics and Spirit Halloween.

With new offerings spanning international cuisine, men’s fashion, skincare, wellness and specialty retail, these additions continue to diversify and enhance The Orchard Town Center. Building on a year that saw openings from Postino WineCafe, Swing 365 Golf and Rack Room Shoes, the center remains committed to offering a distinctive mix of shopping, dining and services.

New tenants bring global cuisine, local favorites and lifestyle brands to Westminster

Recent additions include Swing 365 Golf, an innovative golf simulator experience offering 24/7 access to private suites for golf enthusiasts of all skill levels; Rack Room Shoes, a destination for athletic footwear and casual style; and Postino WineCafe, known for its shareable bruschetta boards and approachable yet elevated wine offerings. Seasonal favorite Spirit Halloween opened in mid-August, adding festive fun for the entire family.

“Our goal is to keep raising the bar for what a lifestyle destination can be,” says Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing at Vestar. “From global cuisine to curated retail and wellness, each new concept adds to a mix that feels both fresh and enduring, which makes the Orchard a place people want to return to again and again.”

P.F. Chang’s, MINISO, Men’s Wearhouse and more join the growing tenant mix

Spirit Halloween (Seasonal):
Spirit Halloween opened in mid-August, adding festive, seasonal fun to the center. With costumes, decorations, and party essentials for all ages, it’s the perfect destination for celebrating the season and creating memorable family experiences.

Men’s Wearhouse (Mid-September 2025):
Men’s Wearhouse will open in September, offering a wide selection of men’s apparel, including tailored suits, formalwear and casual styles. With professional guidance and personalized fittings, the store provides a shopping experience that ensures every guest leaves looking and feeling their best.

MINISO (Mid-October 2025):
MINISO, a popular lifestyle retailer known for its playful and affordable products, is set to open a nearly 6,000 square-foot store in mid-October. From home goods and electronics to beauty and fashion accessories, the store provides unique finds that appeal to shoppers of all ages.

P.F. Chang’s (Mid-October 2025):
The highly anticipated P.F. Chang’s will open its doors mid-October, bringing bold, Asian-inspired flavors to an elevated and stylish dining environment. Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as Chang’s Lettuce Wraps, Mongolian Beef and the iconic Great Wall of Chocolate dessert, making it a destination for both casual meals and special occasions.

goGLOW (Q4 2025):
goGLOW specializes in skincare and sunless tanning, offering customized treatments designed to boost confidence and educate clients on long-term skin health. goGLOW combines non-toxic, vegan products with patented technology to deliver transformative, in-person experiences. AMC Theatres recently completed a major refresh at The Orchard Town Center, including the addition of Dolby Atmos sound technology, enhancing the moviegoing experience for guests.

Texas de Brazil, CHICHA San Chen and Facial Aesthetics coming in early 2026

Texas de Brazil (Q1 2026):
Texas de Brazil is introducing Westminster to an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience in early 2026. Diners can savor expertly carved meats tableside, complemented by fresh salads and traditional sides, making it a festive and indulgent dining destination.

CHICHA San Chen (Q1 2026):
Award-winning Taiwanese tea shop CHICHA San Chen, arriving soon, will serve a variety of refreshing bubble teas and specialty beverages. Known for its high-quality ingredients and playful flavors, it offers a fun and flavorful experience for beverage enthusiasts.

Facial Aesthetics (Q1 2026):
Colorado-based Facial Aesthetics will soon open at the center, bringing locally rooted expertise in skin care and wellness. The practice is known for its personalized, physician-directed approach and offers treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser services and medical-grade facials. Guests can expect hands-on care and customized treatment plans designed to enhance natural beauty. Each visit provides a luxe in-person experience.
