A new era of wellness with the ariVéa philosophy
Honoring the rich heritage of the Sonoran Desert, the spa’s transformation will embody the ariVéa philosophy, an immersive approach to well-being centered around six guiding principles: the power of nature, timeless wellness traditions, the preciousness of water, personalization, intention and stillness. This guiding ethos will influence every facet of the guest journey, from design to treatments and culinary offerings.
Desert-inspired design with modern wellness spaces
Award-winning design firm EDG is leading the redesign, which maintains the 32,000-square-foot footprint while completely reimagining interiors and exteriors. Thoughtfully curated with calming tones, natural materials and residential warmth, the spa will feature 20 newly designed treatment rooms, including three double suites. A bespoke sound and scent experience will complement every space, creating a serene, multi-sensory escape.

Water therapy and energy-focused relaxation experiences
One of the spa’s standout features will be the indoor Wellness Circuit, designed by Bradford Wellness to encourage muscle recovery and circulation. Highlights include a Himalayan salt sauna, aromatherapy steam cavern and cold therapy shower experiences. Guests can also retreat to The Sanctuary with panoramic Camelback Mountain views or unwind in The Stillness lounge with Mind-Sync Harmonic Wellness Loungers, noise-canceling headphones and weighted blankets.
Outdoors, the Wellness Waters will offer hydrotherapy pools including a salt pool, cold plunge and main flow pool, plus reservable cabanas and The Villa, a private pool suite for small groups or couples.
Spa treatments rooted in desert traditions and innovation
New and legacy spa offerings will blend ancient healing traditions with modern enhancements. Guests can indulge in Ayurvedic Bindi treatments, gua sha facials with LED and microcurrent tech, and grounding therapies using handcrafted wooden tools and local botanicals like prickly pear and agave nectar oil.

Wellness classes, fitness upgrades and mindful movement
A dedicated Wellness Studio will host guided meditations, sound baths, yoga classes and mindfulness workshops. The 24-hour Fitness Center will be upgraded with TechnoGym equipment, Peloton bikes and personalized training sessions.
New wellness café brings nourishing dining to the spa
As part of the transformation, the Ora Café will offer an all-day, wellness-minded menu crafted in collaboration with a licensed nutritionist. Whether guests are seeking nourishing light bites or indulgent comfort dishes, the café will create a relaxed, social atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating under desert tree canopies.
