Throughout the public spaces, Bay Shores’ playful yet refined aesthetic comes to life with green-and-white marble floors, arched architectural details, and one-of-a-kind lobby pieces created from natural stone and custom millwork. Nearly every item in the lobby has been designed in-house or sourced from local vintage collections, emphasizing craftsmanship and intention at every turn. Urban Electric fixtures add a retro, movie-esque glow throughout, and sustainability touches, from refillable water carafes and compostable to-go containers to minimized housekeeping, reflect a commitment to modern, mindful hospitality.

Elevating this unique atmosphere are two signature rooftop gathering spaces, The Penny and The Pearl.
