Sogno Toscano Phoenix introduces Tuscan flavors to Arizona
Sogno Toscano, long recognized as a premier U.S. distributor of Italy’s finest culinary products, is now open in Arizona with its first full-service restaurant and lifestyle market in Arcadia, offering an authentic Tuscan experience directly to the Valley. While the company has primarily supplied chefs and restaurants nationwide with premium olive oils, cheeses, meats, pastas and other artisanal Italian goods, the Arcadia café, wine bar and market will celebrate its official grand opening in January 2026.

Italian culinary brand expands to Phoenix with deep Arizona roots
Founded by lifelong friends Pietro Brembilla and Brian Persico in 2008, Sogno Toscano started as a wholesale operation delivering Italian ingredients across the U.S. Following the success of their cafés in New York and California, the brand is now expanding to Phoenix, where it has deep roots.
Pietro grew up visiting his family’s ranch in Scottsdale, where summers spent riding horses instilled in him a lifelong love for Arizona. The company’s headquarters are in Tempe, and this new location reflects a return to their Arizona community.

“We’re overjoyed to bring a full Tuscan dining and lifestyle market experience to Phoenix,” Brembilla says. “This restaurant is more than a place to eat. It is a happy and welcoming space where friends and families can gather, enjoy the authentic flavors of Italy, explore our food and goods market and create memories together. We hope every guest feels the care, passion and tradition we pour into the Sogno Toscano market and restaurant and leave inspired by the richness of Italian culture.”
Arcadia restaurant features all-day Tuscan dining and wine bar
Located at 3950 E Indian School Rd., the Arcadia location features a spacious patio, a full espresso and coffee bar, and a detailed menu with breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. Sogno Toscano also serves as a daytime lifestyle market, offering a curated selection of Tuscan wines and specialty goods.
