After drifting off in beds that truly felt like cloud nine, we woke up to brunch at Carcara, the hotel’s signature restaurant with Sonoran roots and a serene citrus grove setting. We split the Batter Up and Three Amigos boards, one sweet and one savory, each beautifully plated with a generous spread of local flavors. From the house made chimichangas to the citrus marmalade butter, every bite felt intentional and full of Sonoran flavor.
