Blending European elegance and desert serenity

Green Valley Ranch, known for its Mediterranean-inspired architecture and resort-style amenities, is nestled minutes from the Las Vegas Strip in Henderson. The design vision — led by Station Casinos’ in-house team alongside Avenue Interior Design — aims to create a sophisticated pied-à-terre experience with residential warmth and layered textures.

A fresh take on modern luxury

The renovation began with the West Tower in June, which will be complete this fall. From there, the East Tower and South Lobby will undergo a similar redesign, with all rooms scheduled for completion by 2026. Each space — from deluxe rooms to luxury suites — has been carefully curated to feature refined design elements like sculptural walnut lighting, marble surfaces, ambient lighting and curated art.

Deluxe rooms and elevated in-room amenities

Each 495-square-foot Deluxe King or Double Queen room will feature premium finishes including shagreen leather accents, caramel tweed upholstery, Nespresso machines, garment steamers, smart TVs and spa-inspired bathrooms. Art by Zoe Bois adds a geometric, organic flair, while automated lighting and custom stone details create a sleek, serene ambiance.

West Tower suites: A new level of sophistication

The resort’s West Tower suites, including the Executive, Grand, Luxury Patio and Strip Suite, reflect elevated aesthetics. Guests can expect custom wood millwork, floor-to-ceiling marble bathrooms, designer lighting and luxe entertainment systems. The Strip Suite, a 2,790-square-foot penthouse, offers 180-degree Strip views, a four-seat red onyx bar, and rooftop patio.

Curated comfort in every detail

The Executive Suites boast burnished brass accents and rich walnut wood, while the Grand Suite offers a private bar and dining area, along with dramatic art installations. The Luxury Patio Suites feature European fabrics, exotic stone finishes and private patios with sweeping resort views.

More to come: restaurants, high-limit rooms and convention space upgrades

In addition to the guestroom transformation, Green Valley Ranch has added Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill, Polaris Casino Bar and two new High Limit gaming rooms. The East Tower renovation, along with upgraded meeting and convention spaces, will roll out in phases through 2026.

Deluxe Guest Rooms start at $264 per night (inclusive of fees) and are available for stays beginning Oct. 1, 2025. To book a reservation or learn more, call 702.617.7777 or visit greenvalleyranch.com/renovation.
